Delinquent Utilities
Electric & Heating,
Water, and Sewer bills must have a past due notice to be considered for assistance
Subsidies
We are unable to offer Utility assistance for those in Section 8 or subsidized housing
Utility Bill
Applicants name must appear on the Utility Bill
A updated Utility bill must be submitted with the application
Energy Assistance
Proof of Energy Assistance, Crisis Energy Assistance, and Keep Wi Warm/Cool Fund decision letters must be submitted (if applicable)
Application Guidelines

We serve the 10 Northeast Counties of Wi:
Brown, Florence, Forest, Langlade, Marinette, Menominee, Oconto, Oneida, Shawano, and Vilas Counties

We do not have funding for hotels/motels.

Applicants must be under the 125% Federal Poverty Limit by Household Size.

If delinquent due to theft or stolen money, you must submit police report with application.

If delinquent due to emergency expenses, you will be asked to submit receipt(s)for those expenses.
