Application Rules

Delinquent Mortgage

Applicant must be past due on their Mortgage. Assistance must

re-instate the mortgage.

Forms

The applicants most recent Mortgage statement is required with the application

Owner Occupied

Property must be Owner-Occupied and the applicants primary residence

Application Guidelines

  • We serve the 10 Northeast Counties of Wi:

Brown, Florence, Forest, Langlade, Marinette, Menominee, Oconto, Oneida, Shawano, and Vilas Counties

  • If delinquent due to theft or stolen money, you must submit police report with application.

  • If delinquent due to emergency expenses, you will be asked to submit receipt(s)for those expenses.

Zero Income Form

If a household member over the age of 18 doesn't have income, we require a completed zero-income form to be completed and submitted with the application.
