Application Rules

Amount

Up to $300 of back-to-school supply reimbursement is available per household. One pair of shoes per child is allowed towards the $300 reimbursement

Receipts for

back-to-school supply expenses must be provided for reimbursement 

Application Guidelines

  • We serve the 10 NorthEast Counties of Wi:

Brown, Florence, Forest, Langlade, Marinette, Menominee, Oconto, Oneida, Shawano, and Vilas Counties

  • Unconventional school supplies can be considered towards reimbursement with a copy of a school supply list from your classroom/school​​​​​​​​

Zero Income Form

If a household member over the age of 18 doesn't have income, we require a completed zero-income form to be completed and submitted with the application.
