Application Rules

Delinquent Taxes

We are accepting applications for Property taxes that are delinquent for 2024 taxes or older​

Payment Plan

Applicants are required to have a payment plan with their County Treasurer

Owner-Occupied

Property must be Owner-Occupied and your Primary residence

Application Guidelines

  • We serve the 10 NorthEast Counties of Wi:

Brown, Florence, Forest, Langlade, Marinette, Menominee, Oconto, Oneida, Shawano, and Vilas Counties

  • Property Tax clients are only eligible for assistance once every 3 years​​​

​

  • Must be at risk of losing your property due to past due property taxes

​

​​

​

  • If delinquent due to theft or stolen money, you must submit police report with application.

​​

​

  • If delinquent due to emergency expenses, you will be asked to submit receipt(s)for those expenses.

Zero Income Form

If a household member over the age of 18 doesn't have income, we require a completed zero-income form to be completed and submitted with the application.
