Insured Contractor

Repairs must be done by a Licensed & Insured Contractor.

We will require a W9 from the contractor

Quote

All repairs will need to be quoted from a contractor.

Maximum approval amount is up to $2500

Owner Occupied

Property must be Owner-Occupied and the applicants primary residence

Pay Directly

We will pay the contractor directly when the work has been completed

  • We serve the 10 Northeast Counties of Wi:

Brown, Florence, Forest, Langlade, Marinette, Menominee, Oconto, Oneida, Shawano, and Vilas Counties

  • Cosmetic repairs are not eligible for assistance and will be denied  

Zero Income Form

If a household member over the age of 18 doesn't have income, we require a completed zero-income form to be completed and submitted with the application.
